Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the continental United States and work hard to get your NoBiggie order out the door fast.
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. NoBiggie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damages + Order Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at hi@nobiggieplease.com so we can make it right.

Returns + Refunds
Because our drinks are consumable, we don't accept traditional returns. But if anything's wrong with your order, it's NoBiggie.

Email us at hi@nobiggieplease.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund. We cannot accept returns on opened products, gift cards, or final sale items.
