OVERVIEW

Welcome to NoBiggie! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NoBiggie Inc. NoBiggie operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.

NoBiggie is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and reflected in your order confirmation email.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

NoBiggie is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are made directly with NoBiggie Inc.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and NoBiggie, including any injury, damage, or loss related to purchased products or transactions.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS Terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of NoBiggie Inc at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc.

Messages may include transactional content, such as order updates and account alerts, and promotional content, such as special offers, product launches, and cart reminders.
